Rivalry notes

For the RCB vs SRH matchup at Chinnaswamy stadium today, I have decided to go with just 5 players in Ishan Kishan, Virat Kohli, Abhishek Sharma, Travis Head and Jacob Duffy.
Abhishek Sharma: We saw how rough it can be when he has a streak of games where he gets out early in the WC but he came good in the finals and I hope that he carries on that momentum into this tournament after he had a good outing in the intra squad match that SRH camp held as well.
Ishan Kishan: Had a dream domestic season, got a call up to the international team and he just did not disappoint. He will be captaining this SRH side for the first time and it will be exciting to see if he lives up to the expectations of the fans.
Virat Kohli: Not much to say here. One of the best to have ever done it and is always a safe pick to make for your fantasy team.
Travis Head: He's struggled as of late and Australia's woes in the WC did not help the cause but he always turns it up a notch when he suits up in orange and on his day he can be very destructive. Also seems to love playing with Abhi on the other end.
Jacob Duffy: The Blackcap has had an amazing couple of years in the t20 format and I expect him to be given a spot in the playing XI for RCB. For just 7 cr he seemed like a steal given that he has a knack of picking up wickets.
Out of these players, given Head's slight dip in recent form, Ishan Kishan, Virat Kohli and Abhishek Sharma seemed like the captaincy choices. For captain, I have gone with Abhishek Sharma which is of course a very risky play given that he either gets out super early or causes mass destruction. For vice captain, I've gone with Kohli to counter balance it out and play it more safe given that I'm likely to get at least a good amount of points out of Kohli given SRH's weaker bowling lineup and Kohli's class as a batsman
For future games, I have gone for cheaper players that are still very likely to be in their team's respective playing XIs.
From MI vs KKR, I have gone for just Finn Allen so far for a super cheap 7cr.
RR vs CSK on the other hand had Sooryavanshi and Samson selected. This is because MI vs KKR had many more star studded players that I'd like to have chosen but SRH vs RCB hogging all of the high value players means that I have to use some transfers on that game.
Players from games after that are Washington Sundar, Kagiso Rabada and Kuldeep Yadav for the simple reason that they were on the cheaper side for their value and are also likely to be in the playing XIs.
Hi Nishcal, is this your final team? or are you considering any changes after the toss?
Hello there, yeah I think I'm gonna keep this team as final... 3 top heavy srh batsmen and virat kohli sounds like the perfect formula. Hopefully it's a game where lots of runs are scored!

In the league now. Turns out I was only joined in with my alt account(which ended up doing better in game 1 😅)
