Rivalry notes
MI won and chose to bowl. I lowkey want to replace Pant with Inglis but if he doesn't do good he might get dropped before then next game when I plan on using a booster but he's definitely an interesting pick. Is it worth taking the risk? I don't think so for me but maybe you will. You what? We ball. Inglis in for Pant. Could this back fire badly? Yes. But he scored a 73 against MI last season, they must've brought him in for a reason. I'm willing to take a risk here. Rest of the team and the C/VC are the same.
sigh...
Even before the toss I have some changes to make. I realised I wanted to use the 2x on those CSK vs LSG games so I'll be bringing in more LSG players than I wrote. Same transfers out but Pant, Markram and Shami coming in. AM G is C and Markram VC.
I already have SKY, AM Ghazanfar and Prince in my team and I'll be bringing in 3 players so Rabada, Sai and Abhishek are to go. I am struggling with this match, there's no clear options here. Rickelton has been very solid when he's played so he'll be my first pick today. I think Naman Dhir has been putting out solid performances like the 50 last match but I might end up going with Markram or Hardik so his seat is a little shaky. I wanted an LSG batter too for balance but who do they have? Badoni? Mukul? Pant? I'm going with Pant but it's also a reluctant seat. And you might see where this is going, I'm not confident in these batters nor SKY that I already had so I'll be making Ghazanfar my Cap and Yadav my Vice today. I don't think I've ever had both given to bowlers but let's see how it plays out. Of course not confirmed I could end up going Ghazanfar Cap and someone like Rickelton Vice which is the objectively better duo but I just thought it'd be interesting to try this.
Thanks for reading and I'll see you after the toss!
